"I've had to have my Apple laptop fixed many times over the years, and I only wish I had found Organize-It sooner! The competition I've used before (*cough* Computer Loft *cough*) always says it will take about a week and ends up stretching it out into usually around a month, reminding me of that scene from The Money Pit ("Two weeks!")... Organize-It, on the other hand, got my repair done the day I brought it in! I payed an expedite fee, but without it the repair would still have taken under a week.

I had just had my Powerbook repaired a few weeks back, and then my son dropped a huge book and it landed on my Powerbook. "My laptop's hard drive crashed, and even the official Apple specialists told me it was dead and gone... They told me I might as well just bury it, go through the five stages of grief, get over it, get a new one and move on.

Well, Fred at Organize-It pulled a miracle and brought it back to life. Of course, some other technicians said that they *might* be able to fix it given a few days. But when I dropped it off with Organize-it, they told me to go home and come back for it at the end of the day.

But I never even got home because they called me in a few hours to come back and pick it up... good as new! AND they charged almost HALF the price of anybody else! On top of all that, they are genuinely nice guys and a real pleasure to deal with.
